AboutMe_TScully02.jpg

Hello, I'm Tracey-Lee, a highly experienced, creative, earth loving senior graphic designer, illustrator and all-round creative, working across multiple mediums and media. I'm passionate about delivering high quality, creative, ideas, artworks and designs, taking on projects from concept to completion.

I have experience working on campaigns and projects for grassroots initiatives, charities, corporate social responsibility projects, commercial ventures and the arts/museum sector, as a graphic designer, artist, artist-maker, illustrator, campaign manager and creative producer, appealing to a broad range of audiences.

I received a bursary to attend the Arts Marketing Association Digital Marketing Day at the British Museum in 2022. I also completed a Permaculture Design Course with Finca Tierra, and have a PDC certification.

I helped produce an Augmented Reality project called Colliding Forces for Lakeland Arts in 2021-2.

In 2013, I began a 3-year apprenticeship with a Master Basket Weaver in Ecuador, and in 2014 participated alongside my teacher, in two exhibitions for CIDAP (The Inter-American Centre for Crafts and Popular Arts). I also participated in 2 group exhibitions in Ecuador curated by Xavier Blum and Patricia Rodriguez Umanante.

In 2011, I attended an International Artist Residency in Oaxaca, Mexico hosted by Arquetopia, with a focus on textiles.

In 2010, I was featured in Quarter 2 of Design Indaba magazine, for my personal illustration and graphic design .

In 2009, I participated in a group exhibition in Cape Town, called S.I.X. Skulls, held at CTICC, and curated by International Tattoo Artist, Manuela Gray

In 2007, I won a Bronze Epica Award for publication design on the magazine one small seed (for issues 1 through 9), a magazine I co-created with Editor-in-Chief, Giuseppe Russo, and also wrote several articles for.

When not on my computer, I love spending time in nature, making things you can see on instagram and buy on my etsy shop...

Meditating, writing poetry, learning new things, travelling, and visiting art galleries and museums... all of which nourish me to be a happier, healthier human being.

I  am also a Plum Village practitioner, and manage and co-facilitate the Still Waters Sangha, offering Mindfulness and Meditation drop-in sessions in the Lakes.
